"couldn't have been simpler...book on line,turn up, put luggage in mini bus, park car, KEEP YOUR KEYS, get in mini bus and driven to departures. On return phone up, wait 10 minutes to be collected... will and have already recommended to others who have booked with you. THANK YOU."
