"Staff are very efficient and helpful,we had a theft in Tenerife and my husbands driving licence and premier parking receipt were stolen amongst other things and we phoned from Tenerife to advise them of this and to request that they didnt let the car go to the wrong person and the staff were most helpful and said to produce a passport as proof that is was us. This gave us a great sense of reief as it was quite an ordeal to have to go through a theft on holiday"

Earlier this year I had to cancel a holiday due to my son having an operation and HE were great at letting me transfer the booking to a later holiday date. "we left out car at manchester airport premier parking. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the buses run every 15 mins to the main terminals so theres not long to wait. its cheeper and easier to leave your car there than to pay for taxis and you dont have to rely on friends or family to drop you off and pick you up >>>>>GREAT"

"You would have scored a 10 however our car could have been a bit nearer to the key collection point as at 10.30pm you don't want to be wandering around a car park looking for your car with a 7 month old baby and a 3 hour drive home, other than that service was great."
