"Clearly marked pedestrian walkways have greatly improved the car park, making it much easier to make your way to and from the bus.The parking bays themselves seem to have been made larger as well."

"Plane from Amman delayed because of emergency landing at Belgrade so arrived Heathrow 1am. I was collected promptly after phoning and was not charged extra for parking. This meant a lot in the midst of such stress."

"Unfortunately our flight was moved from Terminal 4 to Terminal 5 at the last minute and we had booked for parking for Terminal 4. The man in the car park was absolutely brilliant in explaining our options for getting to Termkinal 5."

"We didn't realise the Long Stay Car Park bus was also Parking Express. I don't know when this changed but it would have been useful to have been advised so that we knew what bus to look out for."

Very good for hassle free journey for people living outside London. Will help if Parking express bus uses dedicated route instead of Public route to all the terminals thereby not getting stuck in the traffic.
