All cancellations and amendments to your booking must be made through Holiday Extras®: Subject to these conditions
Occasionally, we have to make changes and correct errors on web sites brochures and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel confirmed bookings and if we have to make a significant change i.e. a change of accommodation we will let you know as soon as possible.
Where possible we will do so before your departure and we will offer you a choice from the following:
(a) Accepting the changed arrangements or
(b) Choosing an alternative product of a similar standard. (For less expensive products we will offer a refund of the difference)
(c) Canceling or accepting the cancellation, in which case you will receive a full and prompt refund of all monies you have paid to us.

You may need to cancel your airport hotel or airport parking booking for many reasons: Your flight or holiday may be cancelled, you may have unavoidable work commitments or unforeseen circumstances may arise. It's part of life - we all know that the best laid plans can go to waste - but there's no need to pay cancellation charges. Protect yourself from just 50p per booking.
Avoid paying cancellation charges on your airport parking or airport hotels booking...If you pay the cancellation charges waiver stated above this will protect you if you need to cancel your booking. The current cancellation charges for airport parking and airport hotels are as follows:
When you pay for the cancellation charges waiver this will protect you if you need to cancel your booking. Provided that you cancel your airport hotel or airport hotel with parking booking at least 24 hours before the stay date. Airport parking bookings must be cancelled before the day of travel.
Holiday Extras normal cancellation charges (£7.50 airport parking, £15 airport hotels) will not apply. Please note that if you cancel your airport hotel booking or your airport hotel with parking booking within 24 hours of the stay date or cancel your airport parking booking on the day of travel or afterwards you will be charged the full cost of your booking including the cost of the cancellation charges waiver.
The cancellation protection offered by the cancellation charges waiver is not available if you are booking for the same or the next day. The cancellation protection fee is non-refundable.
